An Iowa licensee must present all offers to purchase to the seller:

AOnly offers at or above the listing price
BAll written offers promptly unless the seller has given written instructions to the contrary✓ Correct
COnly offers accompanied by earnest money deposits
DOnly offers from pre-approved buyers

Explanation

Iowa law and IREC rules require a listing broker/agent to promptly present all written offers to the seller. A seller may provide written instructions directing the broker not to present offers below a certain price, but absent such instructions, all offers must be presented.
