How to request a refund
Email info@carealestate.com from the email you used at checkout and include:
- Your purchase email
- The plan you purchased (Basic/Premium/Platinum)
- A brief note on what went wrong (optional, but helpful)
Processing time
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Timing can vary by bank/card issuer (often 3–10 business days).
