BIs a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and agrees to follow the NAR Code of Ethics✓ Correct

DIs exempt from NREC oversight

Explanation

REALTOR® is a membership designation of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Members agree to abide by NAR's Code of Ethics, which sets higher standards than state licensing law. All REALTORS® are licensed, but not all licensees are REALTORS®.
