Georgia's real estate salesperson exam has 152 questions split between national content (100 questions) and Georgia-specific content (52 questions). Here's what's in each section.

National Section: 100 Questions

Property Ownership and Land Use (15-18 questions) - Types of real property ownership: fee simple, life estate, leasehold - Concurrent ownership: joint tenancy, tenancy in common, community property (Georgia is NOT a community property state) - Easements, encumbrances, liens, deed restrictions - Government powers: eminent domain, escheat, police power, taxation - Zoning and land use regulation
