Nevada Property Manager Exam Prep

500+ original, statute-cited practice questions and a full timed mock exam for the Nevada Property Management Permit exam — built from the official Pearson VUE candidate handbook and Nevada Revised Statutes.

Is this the right exam for you?

In Nevada, “Property Manager” is a permit, not a stand-alone license. You must already hold an active Nevada real estate salesperson or broker license before you can apply (NRS 645.6052). The path is:

  1. Hold an active Nevada real estate salesperson or broker license
  2. Complete 24 classroom hours of property management pre-licensing education (NAC 645.800)
  3. Pass the state exam through Pearson VUE ($75 fee, 75% to pass)
  4. Apply to NRED for the permit ($40 fee) within 12 months of passing

This product supplements — it does not replace — the required 24-hour NRED-approved pre-licensing course.
