Step 1: Complete 120 Hours of Prelicense Education NRED-approved courses covering Nevada real estate law (NRS Chapter 645), principles, agency, contracts, fair housing, and Nevada-specific topics. **Cost**: $400-$800.
Step 2: Apply to NRED Apply at **red.nv.gov**: - Application fee: **$125** - Fingerprint clearance card (Nevada DPS): ~$40 - Criminal history disclosure
Step 3: Pass the Exam Schedule through **PSI**: - 120 questions (80 national + 40 Nevada); 3 hours; 75% passing - Exam fee: **$100**; score reported immediately
