BReliable documentation from a healthcare provider confirming the disability and the need for the accommodation✓ Correct
CProof of disability from the Social Security Administration only
DNo documentation — accommodations must be granted without any verification

Explanation

When a disability or the need for accommodation is not obvious, a housing provider may request reliable documentation from a licensed healthcare professional confirming the disability and explaining the nexus between the disability and the requested accommodation. They may not demand complete medical records.
