A new real estate salesperson in Georgia has successfully completed all pre-license requirements and passed the state exam. To begin practicing real estate, the salesperson must:

AA. File their license application with GREC and begin practicing while awaiting approval
BB. Be affiliated with a licensed Georgia broker and have the broker submit the license activation request to GREC✓ Correct
CC. Complete an additional 75 hours of post-license education before working with clients
DD. Join the local board of REALTORS within 30 days
