BPrior license revocation in another state
CBankruptcy filed more than 10 years ago with no real estate fraud involvement✓ Correct
DMaking false statements on the application

Explanation

The LREC may deny license applications for criminal history involving fraud, prior license revocation, or false statements. A resolved bankruptcy from many years ago without fraud involvement is generally not a basis for denial.
