A Maryland licensee who uses the designation 'REALTOR®' must be:

ALicensed for more than 5 years
BA member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and their local Board✓ Correct
CA broker, not a salesperson
DApproved by MREC to use the designation

Explanation

The REALTOR® designation is a registered trademark of NAR. Only NAR members who agree to the Code of Ethics may use the REALTOR® designation.
