A Maryland property owner who becomes mentally incapacitated cannot legally convey property unless:

ATheir family agrees in writing
BA court-appointed guardian or conservator has authority to act, or a valid power of attorney previously granted to an agent is in effect✓ Correct

DThe transaction is under $50,000

Explanation
