A Mississippi licensee may be disciplined by MREC for 'fraud,' which includes all of the following EXCEPT:

AIntentional misrepresentation of a material fact
BConcealment of a known defect
CMaking an honest mistake that causes no harm✓ Correct
DInducing a party to sign a contract through deceit

Explanation

Fraud requires intentional deception. An honest mistake (without intent to deceive) does not constitute fraud, though it may constitute negligence. MREC can discipline for fraud, misrepresentation, and deceit.
