Montana requires all real estate advertising to be truthful and not misleading. If a licensee advertises a 'guaranteed sale' program, they must:

AHave enough cash to personally buy any listed property
BFully disclose all terms, conditions, and limitations of the guarantee in the advertisement✓ Correct
CObtain Board approval for each guarantee offered
DLimit guarantees to properties under $200,000
