New Hampshire License Law

A NH licensee who is the subject of a consumer complaint must respond to the NHREC investigation:

ABy hiring an attorney who responds on their behalf only
BCooperate fully with the NHREC investigation and respond to inquiries✓ Correct
CIgnore the complaint if they believe it is unfounded
DOnly respond if the complaint involves more than $10,000

Explanation

Licensees must cooperate with NHREC investigations. Failure to respond to NHREC inquiries is itself grounds for disciplinary action. The licensee may have legal representation but must participate in the process.
