Under ORC 4735, a licensee is prohibited from practicing real estate while their license is:

AActive and current
BSuspended, revoked, or inactive✓ Correct
CHeld by a broker who is currently on vacation
DPending renewal but not yet expired

Explanation

A licensee may only perform licensed real estate activities while holding an active, current license. Practicing with a suspended, revoked, or inactive license is a violation of ORC 4735.
