A Pennsylvania licensee who receives a consumer complaint must cooperate with the Real Estate Commission investigation. Failure to cooperate may result in:

AA warning letter only
BLicense suspension or revocation✓ Correct

DNo consequence unless the complaint is substantiated

Explanation

Failing to cooperate with a PREC investigation is itself a violation of RELRA. The Commission may suspend or revoke a license for non-cooperation independent of the underlying complaint's merits.
