A Tennessee licensee may receive compensation from more than one party in a transaction only if:

AThe compensation is paid equally from both parties
BAll parties to the transaction are informed and give their consent✓ Correct
CTREC approves the dual compensation arrangement
DThe compensation total does not exceed 6% of the sale price
