When a West Virginia licensee is found to have made a material misrepresentation to a buyer, the WVREC may:

AOnly require the licensee to apologize to the buyer
BImpose fines, require restitution, suspend or revoke the license, and/or require additional education✓ Correct
CRefer the matter only to the local police
DSimply require the licensee to complete a 10-hour ethics course
