The Wisconsin DSPS may discipline a licensee for all of the following EXCEPT:

AMisrepresentation in a real estate transaction
BFailing to complete continuing education
CSelling a home below market value with the seller's consent✓ Correct
DCommingling client funds with personal funds

Explanation

A licensee may sell a property below market value if the seller knowingly consents; this is not a disciplinary offense. Misrepresentation, CE failures, and commingling are all grounds for DSPS discipline.
