Week 2: Agency — written disclosure at first substantial contact, buyer agency agreement requirement, dual agency consent, sub-agent concept.
Week 3: Trust accounts — next business day delivery, 5-year record retention, commingling prohibition. Residential Property Disclosure Act scope.
Week 4: National content review — financing (TRID), valuation (cap rate), fair housing, contracts.
Week 5: Full 130-question timed practice exams (4 hours). Target 78%+ before scheduling.
