An Indiana licensee who is fined by the IREC for a first-time, minor violation may also be required to:

AImmediately surrender their license
BComplete additional continuing education and/or serve a period of supervised practice✓ Correct
CPay back all commissions earned in the past year
DPass the licensing exam again
