Under Kentucky law, a seller may waive the requirement for an agent to present all offers if the seller provides:

AWritten instructions specifying which offers need not be presented✓ Correct
BA verbal waiver communicated to the agent
CA KREC-approved waiver form
DSellers cannot waive this requirement under any circumstances

Explanation
