Mississippi License Law

The MREC may place a Mississippi real estate license on inactive status upon request of the licensee. An inactive licensee may:

AContinue to practice real estate but cannot collect commissions
BOnly perform property management activities
CNot perform any real estate activities requiring a license✓ Correct
DList properties but not represent buyers

Explanation

A licensee on inactive status may not engage in any activity that requires a real estate license. They must reactivate their license before practicing.
