Exam Strategy
Alaska state questions: AREC under DCCED, AS 08.88, the 40+20 education structure, permafrost disclosure, ANC land restrictions, material fact disclosure (required regardless of representation).
National questions: Financing (TRID, deed of trust parties), fair housing (7 federal classes — Alaska adds more at state level), contracts, valuation.
On uncertain questions: Choose the answer that requires disclosure and protects consumers — AREC exam questions favor accountability and disclosure.
